FAQ

Q: Why do you require prepayment?

A: Payment terms are agreed on a per‑order basis and are stated on the Proforma Invoice (PI). Common arrangements include deposits with balance before shipment (e.g., 30%/70%), 100% prepayment by T/T, or an irrevocable documentary L/C at sight. The chosen arrangement balances production scheduling, lead time and payment security for both parties. If you prefer, you are always welcome to visit our facility and place the order on-site.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and irrevocable documentary L/C at sight. Other payment methods or terms can be discussed and agreed on a per‑order basis.

Q: Who pays bank charges and what currencies do you accept?

A: Unless otherwise stated on the PI, the buyer is responsible for all outgoing and intermediary bank charges; the seller normally bears beneficiary bank charges. We accept payments in USD, EUR and CNY (RMB) by default. If the payer's bank performs currency conversion, any exchange difference is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Q: How do you confirm receipt of payment and how long does it take?

A: Please email the payment receipt or SWIFT confirmation to our sales contact after transferring funds. T/T payments typically clear in 1–5 business days depending on banks and currency corridors. We will confirm receipt in writing once funds are credited to our account; production/shipment proceeds only after confirmation.

Q: How can I verify bank details and avoid fraud?

A: Always cross‑check the bank details on the PI with your sales contact. If you receive any email requesting a change of bank account, verify by calling the sales contact or using the original, known email address. We are not liable for funds sent to fraudulent accounts when the buyer did not verify amended bank details.

Q: Who pays import duties, taxes and other local fees?

A: Import duties, local taxes and destination handling charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the PI specifies otherwise or a different Incoterm is agreed. Additional costs arising from unpaid duties, customs holds or returned shipments will be billed to the buyer.

Q: Can we use escrow or third‑party payment guarantees?

A: Yes — escrow or other payment guarantee services may be used by mutual agreement. Any service fees or additional costs associated with third‑party arrangements should be agreed in writing prior to placing the order.
